Home chemistry - Balloons

Aim: To see which chemical
the mix creates the most gas.

Hypothesis: (What do I think will happen)
I think that the vinegar will have more bubbles because of the different types of chemicals inside of it.

Materials:
  1. Bottle
  2. Balloons
  3. Vinegar ½ Cupid
  4. Baking soda 3 tsp
  5. Salt 3 tsp
  6. Soda
Steps:
  1. First you put the liquid inside of the bottle.(Vinegar and Soda)
  2. Then put the dry ingredients in the balloon.(Baking soda and Salt)
  3. Then you put the tip of the balloon on the tip of the bottle then you lift the balloon up straight therefore tipping the chemical into the bottle.
My images:

Drama Activities - Freeze frame

Drama Activities - Freeze frame

Our aspect of Hauora was:

  • Today we focused on four well-being aspects of Hauora, We got selected into teams including four or five members. We had a team of four and we had to come up with a freeze frame  representing Mental Well-being.
What we did in our freeze frame was?

  • Our group and I , we demonstrated a structure of us being angry at each other, and we had to look at each other and use our angry faces not only that but we had to express our angryness by using our words.
Captions: Our caption was?

For our captions I had to say “I hate it when you make fun (mock) my hair” “and I thought it was a joke.. And it made you angry”
Found a Drama game I would like to play?
  • I've had a look at the linked that was attached and I liked the game called Pukana (Maori traditional game)
  • I think this game can help us in drama because we have to use face expressions just like we have to when we're acting or performing based on the genre of what were doing.
